Our Real Estate brokerage company was founded in Davenport FL in 2008 by Brokers Steven Humphries and Deirdre Lucey-Humphries, we beat the recession with flying colors and went on to associate our office with EXIT Realty, an innovative and well known, international franchise in 2010. Since then we have grown the office to 50+ Realtors who all benefit from the training and customer focused systems that EXIT Realty has to offer us, in the South Orlando, Disney areas of Davenport, Kissimmee, Clermont and Haines City. Otherwise known as the Four Corners, where the four counties of Osceola, Orange, Polk and Lake Counties meet.
